A friend of mine had surgery there, so I learned about it through their recommendation. I booked in a hurry and went, so I barely managed to get an appointment during the time left after the director’s surgery and had a consultation. The surgery ran longer than scheduled, so I had to keep waiting, but the staff member came over and kept apologizing on their behalf, and they were very considerate, which I appreciated.
I first had a consultation with the manager, and then the director came. But the director said exactly the same things the manager had said, so I wondered if it had been worth waiting for the director after all... I met the director for only about five minutes, and they seemed so tired that even though I wanted to ask questions, I felt uncomfortable and could only ask a few. The manager, on the other hand, was really kind and gave me a good consultation. I asked a lot, and they answered kindly.
