I made a reservation quickly and went, so I barely managed to book a consultation in the doctor's remaining time after surgery. The surgery ran longer than the scheduled time, so I had to keep waiting, but a staff member came and kept apologizing on behalf of the clinic, and they were very considerate, which I appreciated.
I first consulted with the manager, then the doctor came in, but the doctor said exactly the same things as the manager, so I wondered if I really needed to wait for the doctor like that... I only met the doctor for about 5 minutes, and they seemed so tired that I felt awkward asking questions, so I could only ask a few. On the other hand, the manager was really kind and gave a good consultation. I asked a lot of questions, and they answered kindly.
