I came to know about this place through an acquaintance of an acquaintance. I searched cafes and other places and there wasn’t much information, but it seemed like a place that older people go to through referrals. I also went through an acquaintance, so they explained everything very kindly. They spent a really long time on the consultation and explained things in great detail. The manager was also very approachable and explained things well and empathized with me, so I felt extremely comfortable. They gave a brief technical explanation, but maybe because functional discomfort was the top priority, there wasn’t much detailed explanation about the design or the actual surgical method. I probably didn’t ask some things because I didn’t know enough... The consultation was really kind and good~
