I found this place through an acquaintance of an acquaintance. I searched cafes and other places, but there was not much information. Still, it seemed like the kind of place that older people go to through referrals from people they know. I also went through an acquaintance, so they explained everything very kindly. They spent a very long time in the consultation and explained everything carefully. The manager also came across as very humane, explained things well, and empathized with me, which made me feel very at ease. They gave a brief technical explanation, but because the functional discomfort was the priority, there was no detailed explanation about the design or the actual surgical method. I may have failed to ask some things because I did not know much.. but the consultation was really kind and good~
