This was done more than 10 years ago, so this is an extremely subjective review. It was a weak hooked nose, and I had surgery without shaving down the protruding part on the bridge of the nose. After a while, some cartilage or something started to come up a little, so it looked like it was protruding again. A few months later, during the revision surgery, they inserted the thinnest silicone with the goal of supporting it, and I've been satisfied with the result ever since.
