It was done more than 10 years ago, so this is a very subjective review. I had surgery on a weak hump nose without shaving down the protruding part on the bridge. After some time, something, maybe cartilage or whatnot, started to rise up a little, and it looked protruded again. A few months later, they did a revision surgery and inserted the thinnest silicone for support, and I have been satisfied with it ever since.
