Hmm, the director was extremely kind in explaining everything, and I felt a lot of trust, but the consultation manager... wasn’t rude, but felt a bit lacking in professionalism. And the hospital was very chaotic. So somehow... I wasn’t really drawn in, so I don’t think I’ll have surgery here!
