I ended up getting a consultation after a friend recommended it. From the desk staff who coordinated the appointment to the consulting manager who was in charge of me, they were all really kind, so it stayed in my memory. On top of that, from the beginning to the end of the consultation, the director listened carefully to my opinions and I could feel that they were trying to match them as much as possible, which I liked.
