I got a consultation after a friend recommended it. From the desk staff who adjusted the reservation all the way to the consultation manager who handled me, everyone was genuinely kind, so it left an impression. On top of that, the director listened carefully from the start of the consultation until the end, and I liked that I could feel they were trying to match my preferences as much as possible.
