Had surgery in 2016. I had epicanthoplasty and an incisional double eyelid surgery with fat removal, and now, 8 years later, it turned out so natural that no one can tell I had double eyelid surgery. When I tell them, everyone is surprised and says they had no idea. I think it’s because it’s not a full out-line, but a small in-out line.. The doctor tends to pursue a natural look, so the epicanthoplasty is so subtle that it looks like I didn’t have it done, and I do feel a bit regretful that I wish it had been opened a little more
