Had surgery in 2016. I had epicanthoplasty and incisional fat removal, and now, 8 years later, it turned out so natural that nobody can tell I had double eyelid surgery. When I tell them, everyone is surprised because they did not know, but maybe that is because it is not a full outer line either, and the inner-out line was made small. The doctor seems to pursue natural results, so the epicanthoplasty is so subtle that it looks like I did not have it, which leaves me wishing it had been opened a bit more T_T
