I had this done a long time ago, about 8 or 9 years ago? I had hump reduction osteotomy and nasal tip septal surgery. My nose shape came out the way I wanted, but I was young back then so I didn’t think much of it, and now that I think about it, it’s too high.. The starting point of my glabella bridge is high to begin with.. Anyway, the conclusion is that, unusually, because a thread came out through the skin at the tip of my nose, it stayed that way for about 3 years, then inflammation developed there, pus came out, and I had revision surgery.
