It was a long time ago, about 8 or 9 years ago? I had hump nose osteotomy and tip septal surgery. The nose shape came out exactly as I wanted, but I was young back then and just went along with it without thinking. Looking back now, it's way too high.. My glabella and the starting point of the nasal bridge were already high.. Anyway, the conclusion is that, unusually, a thread came out through the skin at the tip of my nose, and it stayed like that for about 3 years. Then an infection developed there, pus came out, and I had revision surgery.
