Originally I went after seeing an event on the app and planned to do only one side with a non-incisional method, but the manager kept pushing me to do it with an incision, saying it wouldn't loosen otherwise. I only had one dimple done with an incision, but after about 3 months it all came undone. The non-incisional option cost about 3 times more than the incisional one, though..
