I'm someone who got buccal fat removal here, and so far I still don't know whether the swelling is still there or how much effect it has, and the pace felt a bit too rushed, which was a little uncomfortable. Still, as long as the surgery went well, that's fine, so I guess I just need to wait a little longer.
