Writing this more than 1 month after surgery. My under-eye fat was not that severe, but one side bothered me, so I had it done before it sagged more. I went to consultations at about 3-4 clinics, and although this one was the most expensive, I was drawn to a surgical method called suprilifting that other hospitals had not suggested, so I chose it. Because I needed filler removed from the tear trough area, I had it done through a lower blepharoplasty incision, and as soon as the stitches were removed, I immediately had a feeling it had turned out well. I did not bruise as much as expected, and even though I am the type who swells easily, I did not swell much.
