My face doesn't lack fat that much, so I went in for a consultation just to do the front cheeks and nasolabial folds, but they recommended putting in fat for the whole face to define the overall facial line. The consultation was short, and from the atmosphere it seemed like they mostly recommended doing the whole face. The consultation manager seemed to have worked at this clinic for a long time, and the doctor gave off the impression that the consultation script would probably be pretty similar for each patient.
