I do not have a very low amount of facial fat, so I went for a consultation planning to only do the front cheeks and nasolabial folds, but they recommended putting in full-face fat to shape the entire face line. The consultation was short, and from the atmosphere it seemed like they mostly recommend doing the whole face. The coordinator seemed to have worked at this hospital for a long time, and the doctor's consultation script felt like it would probably be similar for each patient.
