Honestly, I was scared of osteotomy and a bit worried about implants, so I went after seeing reviews saying they were good at implant-free procedures, and they explained that because my nasal bridge is pretty, there’s no need to touch the whole nose and that just lifting the nasal tip would make the line smoother.. I felt like they didn’t recommend unnecessary surgery and consulted from the patient’s perspective
