The doctor was very kind and answered questions in detail. But the manager strongly pushed for the reservation deposit, and it was draining... Usually the doctor comes in first for the consultation, then the manager handles the rest, but here the manager came in first, gave the estimate, then the doctor gave the same estimate, and then I continued the rest of the consultation with the manager. That felt a little strange.
