The doctor was very kind and answered questions in detail. But the manager pushed hard for a reservation deposit, which drained me.. Usually the doctor comes in first for the consultation, and then the manager handles the rest, but here the manager came in first to give an estimate, then the doctor gave the same estimate, and then the manager handled the remaining consultation again. That part felt a bit strange.
