This director is one of the two I liked while going around for consultations with different directors. They explained the surgical method, how much it could be reduced, and so on in detail, and even when I asked various questions, they explained everything kindly and in an easy-to-understand way, so I trusted them. The consultant was also gentle, and only summarized what the director had said plus explained the price. There was no pressure to pay a deposit.
