The director was one of the two places I liked while I was going around for consultations. They explained in detail things like the surgery method and how much could be reduced, and even when I asked all sorts of questions, everything was explained kindly and in an easy-to-understand way, so I trusted them. The manager was also gentle and only summarized what the director said plus explained the cost, and there was no pressure to pay a deposit
