After consulting with the consultant, I had a consultation with the director. Overall, the consultant had a strong sense of ownership. The director at least laughed occasionally, but the consultant was expressionless. Among all the consultants I’ve met so far, this one was the least kind. The director asked about things other doctors hadn’t asked, and seemed to have expertise. But I also got the feeling that the director was just reciting the prescription? that the consultant had laid out.
