First, I had a consultation with Dr. ㅂㅈㅎ about removing silicone. I had previously had surgery with silicone and ear cartilage, and he said that if the ear cartilage can be preserved, he will preserve it, and if not, he would take cartilage from the other ear and do a revision on only the nasal tip. The consultation was extremely kind and lasted about 40 minutes. The price was also fairly reasonable, so I felt like I should get surgery here, but after getting consultations elsewhere and thinking about it, I started to have a few questions First, the doctor recommended cartilage tying. But my nose is slightly upturned, and the nasal tip is not thick like a bulbous nose, so another clinic said that if cartilage tying is done, it could become even more upturned and pinched.. Apart from how kind he was, the surgical approach was so different from the other doctors that I started wondering if it was really right I am going to go one more time for another consultation, and if the direction is different, I will pass.
