The consultation was really, really detailed and kind. They said that when doing fat grafting, they inject fat while taking into account how it will look after engraftment. They said that when doing pelvic fat grafting, they do not make an incision under the buttocks, but make the incision at the coccyx. I had a consultation because I have little fat but wanted to create a pelvic line, and they said it would be better to remove fat only from the flanks and back waist area and not touch the front abdomen (because I have too little fat, so if I get liposuction it would show a lot).
