The consultation was incredibly detailed and kind. They said that when doing fat grafting, they place the fat with survival after grafting in mind. For hip fat grafting, they said they make the incision through the tailbone instead of under the buttocks. I went in for consultation because I have little fat and wanted to create a hip line, but they said it would be better to only remove the flanks and back rolls and not touch the front abdomen (because there is too little fat, so liposuction there would be noticeable.)
