After my fourth surgery failed, I had a nose with no columella, a short nose, and an upturned nose, and I decided after going to consultations at three places. The consultation felt sincere, and above all, they emphasized the importance of the columella. Their style of creating a sharp, defined line seemed like it would suit someone with no columella and an upturned nose very well, so I decided on them. They said they only do one surgery a day on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and I understood why they only do one. They even used rib cartilage, and the surgery took over 12 hours... When I woke up from surgery, it hurt so much, but I’m very satisfied with the result. I don’t know how they managed to create my sunken-in columella like this. They also took good care of me afterward, and I’m so grateful. My nose became higher and more defined, and they turned a nose that was pinched, crooked, with no skin laxity and just a total mess into a natural human-looking nose Everyone around me also congratulated me, saying they knew it was a difficult decision.
