Leaving a review 40 days after 3D implant rhinoplasty. I took these without skin retouching, so my skin condition shows very plainly;; please understand.
From the beginning, I had decided that if I got rhinoplasty, I would only do it with a 3D implant, so I looked for hospitals that were good at 3D custom implant surgery. The reason I insisted on custom implant rhinoplasty was that I could preview the expected postoperative result in advance, and I had high hopes that using a custom implant tailored to each individual might minimize any possible side effects.
Among them, I ended up having surgery with Director Kim Da-alm at Obliv Plastic Surgery, which had high hospital ratings in the community and reviews. Since it was my first rhinoplasty, I had a lot of questions and went into the consultation without knowing much about rhinoplasty, but the director explained the surgical process using a nose model, so I trusted him even more.
The design is done together with the director. Based on the draft design the director had prepared in advance, we proceeded by creating the desired design together through consultation. So I think people like me who lack aesthetic sense(?) do not need to worry. The director receives feedback and creates the implant draft for you.
All the other hospital staff were also kind, and they gave quick feedback after surgery, so I was satisfied with the postoperative care as well.
My original nose had a slight drooping, arrow-like tip, and the glabella area was almost nonexistent, so overall it lacked dimension. After surgery, the glabella area came to life, making the nose look more three-dimensional. Personally, I am very satisfied with the surgical result. My family and friends all say the surgery turned out well and suits me without looking too obvious haha
