The director was very kind and, during the consultation, took plenty of time to point out and explain each part of my face in detail. The consultation manager was kind, but kept trying to guide me toward having other procedures bundled together too (other hospitals said I didn’t need them lol). I liked it because the director’s consultation was so good, but I didn’t like that the manager kept pushing other things too.
