The director was extremely kind, and during the consultation he spent plenty of time explaining my face in detail one by one. The consultation manager was kind too, but kept trying to bundle other things together and push me to have them done at the same time (another clinic said they weren't necessary lol). I liked the director because he consulted with me so well, but I didn't like how much the manager pushed the other procedures too.
