I had only been getting filler regularly, then 3 years ago I had nose surgery at another hospital. Because the nose surgery went wrong, the nasal tip didn’t lift and came out short, so my overall face felt even stranger. I heard the director here was good at design, so I had a consultation and decided on nose surgery. Maybe because they balanced the proportions too, I like how it turned out both from the front and in profile. The nasal tip angle and length came out exactly the way I wanted, so I think I just need a bit more swelling to go down.
