Before before after after after I had implant-free rhinoplasty with Dr. Oh Seung-il, and during the consultation I said my hump was severe and my nostrils were on the wider side, so I wanted those areas improved. He suggested using donated costal cartilage to correct the hump nose and reduce the nostril width to shape the nose, so I had the rhinoplasty that way. The hump that bothered me every time I took photos seems to have definitely improved, and my nostrils have been reduced naturally, so I’m satisfied~ Even though no implant was used, my nose changed a lot, which is surprising too
