The nasal tip shape comes out like the review photos. Check whether that nose suits your own face before doing it. It doesn’t seem like they make a different nose for each person. Bulbous nose correction doesn’t work that well. From the front it looks the same, and from the side the nose has been extended straight forward. It did become more refined than before, but I’m going to get revision surgery... I only used septal cartilage and also had functional nasal surgery.
