For my first surgery, they said it would come out to a little over 5 million won, and I was shocked and left.. They recommended donated rib cartilage, and the consultation was really good.. They said they would use sliced donated rib cartilage, and if they use donated rib cartilage it adds 1.2 million won, but if you do several surgeries or something, I think they discount it! I went because an acquaintance of an acquaintance said it went well, but I was so shocked by the price that I left
