I had surgery because of a bulbous nose. My nose got a little smaller, but the tip... I do not like it. I feel like this doctor prefers to do things naturally, both for noses and eyes. It was done under local anesthesia, and aside from a little scar tissue on my nose, I just live with it and try not to think about it.
