It has been a year since my tip rhinoplasty, and I am not satisfied yet, but I still have no side effects. The doctor is very kind. Whenever I tell the doctor about the parts I am unhappy with, they always explain those points kindly, and when I mention thinking about revision surgery, they reassure me by saying to contact them again anytime.
