It was a hospital my friend went to, so I just had a consultation and had surgery right away. I went all the way from Busan to Seoul for it. It didn't drastically change my image, but it was a surgery I was personally satisfied with. My nostrils were big, so whenever I looked in the mirror, all I could see were my nostrils, but I can clearly see that they got much smaller, and even friends I saw recently didn't notice I had alar reduction.. hahaha The only person who noticed was the friend who introduced me to this hospital! There isn't much scarring or swelling, so if you're stressed because your nostrils are big, definitely do it.
