I felt like my philtrum was long and my nose did not suit my face, so I went for a consultation. Everyone was kind and nice. The director was calm and not very proactive in explaining things, so I felt a little sorry to keep asking questions?? My acquaintance was the kind of person who looked pretty with a mask on but startlingly different without one, but after shortening the philtrum, doing the corners of the mouth, and reducing the columella, she became so pretty that I thought she really had a sense for finding ideal proportions, so I decided to get it done here. Before that I consulted at Nana and Hyundai Mihak, but for a first nose surgery it does seem more expensive here, though other places only focused on the nose, while here I liked that they considered the proportions of the lower face and nose all together, and for me combining columella reduction with philtrum shortening was what appealed to me most, which had a big impact on my decision.
