It was my first surgery, but my nose was so crooked that they recommended I use costal cartilage, and they recommended autologous costal cartilage. Not only the director but also the consultant explained things very thoroughly, and they seemed to have a certain level of expertise. I didn't think it was expensive, but I think I should look around at other places and think about it..
