It was my first surgery, and they recommended using costal cartilage because it was too crooked, so I was advised to get autologous costal cartilage. Both the director and the manager explained things in a very detailed way, and they seemed to have a fair amount of expertise. I thought the price was not bad, but I should look around other places and think about it more..
