Among the clinics I went around to for consultations, this was the only one that recommended both silicone and donated costal cartilage..! I have a fairly high nasal bridge, so all the clinics recommended no implant, but both the manager and the director here said I absolutely needed to put in silicone.. so I decided to have surgery at another clinic!
