Among the hospitals I visited in person, this was the only one that recommended both silicone and donated costal cartilage..! I have a fairly prominent nose bridge, so the hospitals all recommended no implant, but both the manager and the doctor said I absolutely needed silicone, so... I decided to have surgery at another hospital! The staff and the doctor at this hospital were kind though.
