Before surgery, my routine was: take a photo > use Photoshop to destroy my cheekbones and jaw That was the algorithm, but now I'm 4 months post-op and I haven't touched my cheekbones or jaw at all lololol When I first went for the consultation, I was honestly full of greed and said I wanted them shaved down pretty aggressively, but the director said that if you shave too much, it can be too much of a good thing, so I ended up having surgery with less shaving than the line I first mentioned. Looking at it now, the expert's eye was right after all^^.. lol As for swelling, I didn't swell much on the day of surgery or the next day, but it peaked around days 3 to 7, then gradually improved. Now I only have a tiny bit of residual swelling left, and opening my mouth wide or eating food isn't a problem. Still, just in case, I'm deliberately avoiding really tough foods!
