This is where my friend had surgery, and they did a really neat job even on low noses and hump noses. I have a hump nose, so I had a consultation, and they explained well how much of the hump would need to be osteotomized and how the nasal tip should be preserved. They were good at offering various designs and reflected my opinions well, so it felt like communication was smooth.
