It was good that the director explained while drawing pictures. Their voice was calm, and they came across as smart. In contrast, the consultation manager strongly pressured me to book on the same day. The cost was one thing, but they spoke to me like I was a friend rather than a customer. Even though it was our first time meeting. I was satisfied with the director’s consultation, but after talking with the manager, this clinic left me with a lot to think about.
