There’s definitely a cynical vibe, and I personally didn’t mind it, but I think some people might feel they’re unfriendly. The director seemed very smart. And they explained precautions, like what it would be like after surgery and what would happen. Also, they clearly said what was possible was possible and what wasn’t wasn’t, so I actually liked that. But maybe because many people with very difficult eyes go there, it kind of felt like my eyes weren’t even a problem? Like, “for something like this...” That was the vibe, so they seem good at surgery…
