I went because I felt like I needed skin care, and as soon as I arrived the front desk staff greeted me warmly and were so kind, which I liked. While I was waiting, I had a consultation, but I got the impression that the person giving the consultation didn’t really know much about skin devices? treatments? When I asked, “What about the treatment I’m actually worried about right now, instead of the one you recommended?” they said that’s right, that treatment is commonly done, and then guided me back to the first treatment they had recommended. The consultation ended in just 2 minutes... I had gone for treatment after the consultation because of my skin condition, but they never really looked properly at my skin, and they never even lowered my mask briefly to check it during the consultation. The aestheticians were kind overall too.
