I went because I felt I should get skin care, and right when I arrived the desk staff greeted me well and were kind, which I liked. While I was waiting, I had a consultation, but the person consulting me felt like they did not know much about skin devices or treatments,,. When I asked, “What about this treatment for what I am worrying about now, instead of the one you recommended?” they said yes, that they usually do that treatment a lot, and then guided me back to the originally recommended treatment again. The consultation ended in 2 minutes,, I went for treatment after the consultation because of my skin condition, but they did not properly look at my skin condition, and even during the consultation they never once lowered my mask to look. The skin-care therapists were all generally kind as well.
