I had 300 shots of Doublo Gold, exosomes, and InMode. InMode and Doublo definitely were not painful, and they were bearable. The exosome injections were... insanely painful, so the nurse helped me () I think the strong lifting effect lasted about 3 to 5 months, and it has been almost a year since I had the procedures (I had them last March). I am starting to feel like it is going back to how it was originally. If your skin is already good, I don't think you necessarily need to do exosomes. My skin was good, but I got greedy and did it; it was extremely good for about 2 months, but after that I got a lot of acne, so it felt like my biorhythm? skin regeneration rhythm got a bit disrupted. I had a hard time getting it back.
